Blue Bedrooms
Blue is a popular color for bedrooms especially for boys but it can also be a charming color for a bedroom irregardless of your age and gender. Blue is the color of peacefulness, calmness, and serenity. Making it the dominant color of a bedroom will give a calm and peaceful feeling to its occupant/s. But it is also advised not to use too much blue in the bedroom because too much of this color will make a space feel cold and depressing. Blue can be easily used and combined with other colors to add style and elegance. Blue is great with white and many people use this combination for a more relaxed and comfortable feel. Blue and white in bedrooms also give a romantic touch to the space that is why it is also popular among women. Blue can also be used with green especially if the dweller is a boy or a man because both colors are perceived as a masculine. A splash of a little yellow, orange, and red in blue bedrooms add energy and radiance. Blue bedrooms need not be boring and traditional, just use your imagination and creativity to create a calm and tranquil blue bedroom of your own.
Here are some Blue Bedroom Design Ideas.
Eye-catching Ceramic Vases and Vessels
Ceramic decors have long been a part of our homes. Ceramic pieces are made out of clay and fired to form artful pieces of vase, vessels and other decors and works of art. Ceramic vases and vessels are some of the most popular items that we love to decorate our homes. They make our homes lovelier and interesting whether they are with flowers, branches, or with nothing at all. Ceramic vases come in different colors, shapes, and sizes. But it is always nice to have vases and vessels that differ from ordinary looking ones. Michael Wisner's ceramic vases and vessels are hand coiled and flawlessly incised with a rhythmic texture and pattern. His ceramics are made with clays and minerals gathered by hand from the Elk Mountains of Colorado. The shape, texture, and form of his ceramic vases and vessels are simple yet eye-catching, a great addition to your ceramic collection or to your beautiful home.
"My work explores innovation in traditional ceramics. My goal is to take old techniques and combine them with contemporary ideas to create a visual effect that tickles the senses. I like art that is infused with the comfort of familiarity and the excitement of something new."- Michael Wisner

Fun, Colorful, and Lively Home Interiors
Fun, colorful, and lively home interiors are now widely accepted and even desired and sought after by many homeowners. Decades ago, homemakers and home designers are very careful in using colors and accessories to put in the rooms of their house. Seldom will we see too many colors used in the same room. Home interiors should be able to reflect the owner’s taste and personality and at the same time should make the owner feel good and happy in every space of his abode. Jonathan Adler is one exceptional designer who brings life in every room and space he creates. His design ideas and projects are fun, colorful, lively yet sophisticated at the same time. Some people will describe his spaces as funky and cheery. His design creations are never dull and boring. In Jonathan Adler’s website is a manifesto of what he and his company stands and believes in. I think these are the guidelines that he adheres to when creating vibrant spaces for his client. I find some of the things in that manifesto amusing and funny but with no doubt characterizes his genius.
Some things from the Jonathan Adler manifesto to which I agree.
We believe that your home should make you happy.
We believe that when it comes to decorating, the wife is always right.
Unless the husband is gay.
We believe colors can't clash.
