This place is used to be an old oil mill in Extremadura, Spain. I love the rustic and warm feel of this house. The successful rehabiltation of this oil mill of the twelfth century was carried by Architect Ricardo Elizondo who kept the spirit of the old oil mill by saving and using the old roof, plaster walls and original stone which definitely added to the charm of this house. Most of the furniture are made of natural materials and in some parts of the house they use restored ancient woods. The dining room, bedroom and kitchen are my favorite spaces in this house as old and new elements are mixed to create a very lovely living environment. The artworks are also a sight to behold. Enjoy your virtual trip of this rustic and warm home.
