I love so many things about this restored 20th century villa. I love how its facade looks, its lovely deck, the beautiful and inviting rooms with pretty wallpapers, the colorful tiles in its kitchen, the lovely dining room and its old-fashioned glass porch. What's not to like here? Even the laundry room looks wonderful with its own shower room. Oh and I am so in love with the lovely blinds in the breakfast nook and kitchen.
