Before summer fizzles out …

I love summer... I can't seem to get enough of it. There's always some more activities to be done and other places to see. So before summer totally fizzles out, I would like to feature one more extraordinary beach house. This beach house is not one of those ‘in-your-face’ beach house but still manages to capture the right ambiance and mood for a beach house. It is relaxed, laid back, and soothing, a perfect place to spend lazy days without compromising elegance and style. The generous application of earth colors, woods, and other nature and earth-inspired decors and accents made this beach house homey and inviting. This wonderful place is a project of Jeff Andrews-Design one of Los Angeles’ most exciting and in-demand interior design firms.

I love the living room with the fireplace and the bedroom. I am actually using these as some inspiration for a school project I'm currently working on, a "greenhouse" assisted living facility. The goal is to make this facility as least institutional as possible and I think these pictures are warm, inviting, and homey.

...And what's not to love about the utilitarian function of a urinal in a bathroom!
